Step One

In-Home
Consultation

Every project we take on starts off with a 2 hour in-home design consultation – it’s the first step for all our clients. We’ll see your project, brainstorm ideas, layout and selections, and give a more in-depth description of our services and contracts. For some this consultation is all a client needs, while others may need more. We’ll help you determine what service best fits your needs and budget and you’ll be provided with an estimate for our fees.

What's included

1. Design

This is treated as a brainstorm session and not just a meet and greet. We will discuss all of the things you hate and love about your home, give suggestions that you can implement on your own. We can review items you want to buy, as well as suggest paint colors, design style, etc

2. Estimates & Contracts

Once we have walked the space, we will sit down with you to discuss what services you feel best fit your needs. We will provide you an estimate and discuss options to ensure that we can work within your budget.

3. Follow Up

Within 24 hours of your consultation we will send you a recap of all of the things that we talked about, including all of the ideas that we provided.

Full Service

Our Full Service offers a comprehensive design and project management package that provides you with a complete design in which we will work with you to define your desired aesthetic and provide you with an end result that you can enjoy without having to lift a finger.

It’s great for many different types of projects – it’s mainly used for remodels, new builds, and furnishing projects where you need to invest in a professional to manage every aspect of your project from beginning to end. Whether you are a busy professional or just like to have us there to take the reins, we can help to identify if this service is right for you.

Our Process / What’s included?

1. Comprehensive Design

Once we have determined what service you would like to move forward with, we will schedule a design session. During this session we will work with you to identify your desired aesthetic, review inspiration photos, go over your lifestyle questionnaire in depth to get a good feel for your likes and dislikes. Designs will include selection for all hard finishes, furnishings, and accessories that are required to finish the space, as well as 2 sets of revisions and 3D renderings.

2. Trade Day

Now that we have a handle on what you like and dislike, we are ready to start the design phase of the project. We will schedule a trade day so that we can come out to take measurements, brainstorm and work along side our contractor on site to determine any and all project aspects that we need to be aware of. 

3. Sourcing

A slightly longer phase of the project that consists of us finding and selecting all of the materials that we are going to incorporate into your design. We will be creating an online client dashboard, ordering samples, getting pricing, etc. We take pride in the products that we purchase for our clients and source only from highly regarded manufacturers that we’ve invested a lot of time and money into, to build strong relationships. Our clients will benefit from this with trade products pricing.

4. Presentation

Once we have completed your design we will schedule a presentation date with you so that you can see your 3d renderings, touch and feel the samples and give us feedback on the design. Your designs have 2 revisions included for any changes that need to be made.

E-Design

Our E-Design service is very similar to our full service in that we will still work with you to provide an overall design concept that includes hard finishes, furnishings, & accessories, except you then you take our design and have all the fun implementing it yourself!

This service is mainly geared towards clients that feel confident in managing their project, over seeing assembly, installation and working with contractors and trades. Another great use of this service is for clients that are outside of our normal service locations and need to work with us remotely. Have us help with the design while you get all of the fun of transforming the space yourself!

Design On-Call

This service is sold in a block of 10 hours in which you can use however you see fit. It’s a very versatile service that could be used for lots of different scenarios.

If you only have a small amount of work that need’s doing, for example consultation throughout the home, assistance on a shopping trip or as an add-on to one of our other services - this service will be right for you. It’s great for clients who like to do their own shopping, but want to get approval from a professional first.

General Contracting

We can help with your project from conception through to implementation with our trusted team of contractors.

Our in house General Contractor will over see your construction project to ensure your project runs smoothly and on time. When your project is in need of construction or even just some small painting we can handle that for you regardless of if you need design help or not. 

What’s included?

1. Initial Walk-through

Our in house General Contractor will do a thorough initial walk through of your project to gather information so we can speak with you about concerns and what the overall project may entail.

2. Estimates

We will compile an estimate for your project with a structured break down, as well as a timeline in which we can confidently complete the scope of work.

3. Project Management

Don’t worry about handling all of the phone calls and schedules. We will manage all of your trades to ensure your project runs on time and is implemented smoothly. Our construction team works closely with the design team to make sure the vision comes to life.
