Who qualifies for the trade program?
Anyone in the design, architecture, build, and home goods industry. You must provide one of the following
- Website
- Business Certificate
Returns and Damages
Furniture and all LTL items are non returnable.
All small parcel items may be returned but most be post marked within 14 days of delivery
If your order comes in damaged we will be more than happy to work with you to create a claim and get the damages fixed either by having them fixed on site, sending a replacement, or offering an additional discount. All damage claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. You can submit a damage claim here.
Does your program offer tax exemption?
Yes, If you would like to be tax exempt please provide your tax exempt certificate
Can I order a sample?
We are more than happy to offer free samples if the vendor supplies them

How do I place a trade order?
Once your account has been approved you can log in to your account. Add whatever items you would like to order to your cart. Your trade discount will be automatically applied
What kind of discounts do I get?
The more you order the deeper your discount. Discounts range from 20%-30% depending on your yearly purchase total.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
For all LTL shipments we offer B2B, Threshold, and White Glove. Small parcel orders will receive standard or expedited shipping.
