Collectively, we have over 30 years of experience in renovation and design and can help you with anything from just a few key decor pieces, to designing your dream home through a new build – whatever your needs and budget may be.

Bailey Todd
This is not my first career, but has always been a passion of mine. I’ve worked in home renovations for over 12 years with investment properties and started my design business to pursue my passion of design and construction to help others with their homes. I love vintage pieces and being able to bring a space together that feels like a natural curation over time so that each space has a unique and inviting feel.

Our purpose and passion is to not only provide our clients with beautiful spaces, but to also aide our clients during projects to ease the burdon of renovations, selections, and costly mistakes. We strongly believe that everyone should have a space that elevates their health and happiness and it is our mission to work together with our clients to make their home a reflection of themselves.
Our Style
Our signature aesthetic can be described as fresh California cool with a mix of vintage and bold elements. We love the use of texture, natural elements, vintage finds and unexpected modern & bold details.
We are versatile in our designs and always welcome new genres of style to make sure we capture your vision. We can do anything from Traditional to Ultra Modern to fit your needs.
Our Speciality
We are a certified Color Strategists who use both a visual and science based approach to thoughtfully curate a color palette for your home using objective principals and strategies.

Jennifer Clancey
Studio Manager
Jennifer has been with the White Cliff Studio team since we opened our Brick and Mortar. She previously worked at a kitchen and bath firm managing their operations for many years. Jennifer is an integral part of the team in keeping with our scheduling, invoicing, ordering and overall management of projects and studio space.
Bryan Chappell
Lead Carpenter/Project Manager
With over 35 years of construction experience and project management, Bryan brings a multitude of knowledge to our team. Bryan is on site to oversee and execute all facets of construction within our projects as well as handle different trades that may be at your job site.
Jessica Schwartz
Interior Designer
With a Bachelors in Interior Design, Jessica has worked in high end design firms for many years. She is a welcome addition to the team in assisting with selections, overall designs, construction documents and renderings. Jessica has a flare for pairing vintage pieces with unique features but with a more updated and modern look, making the space feel timeless and unique
Ryan Todd
CTO
Ryan handles all of our software, and automation to keep White Cliff on the forefront of up and coming advancements while also being our lead for for all smart home implementations.
Haley Riechmann
Marketing and Styling
Haley captures the essence of White Cliff Studio in helping to work behind the scenes to share all of the content you see both online and in store.

It was sort of ok-ish but man that’s a lot of work to end up with just ok. I called Bailey, and she effortlessly solved my color combination problem the next day.
