We do not accept orders online for our custom cabinetry lines. To get a quote on cabinetry, please have your contractor or cabinet designer provide the necessary order information for us to quote.

Once we have received the order information we will then provide you a price with estimated shipping and tax as well as an estimated production and delivery date.

Please note that all cabinetry order details are the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure they are correct.

Shipping rates for non-furniture products are based on order total - see the chart at the bottom of this page for standard and expedited rates. Standard shipping is free for orders of $300+ on non-furniture products.

Freight shipping rates for furniture are calculated at checkout based on the carton weight of the item (this weight may differ from the weight listed under product specifications). See the chart below for freight shipping rates on furniture.

White glove delivery includes a delivery team, in-home placement in the room of your choosing, and removal of any packaging.

Most furniture and oversized items will be delivered to your room of choice. For ease of delivery, please ensure the space is prepped for placement of your order prior to delivery. Please note, our white glove delivery service does not include the removal of any existing furniture.

Please be sure to check your building's requirements and clearances prior to placing your order. If we are unable to meet the full requirements upon delivery, furniture items will only be deliverable to the front doorstep.

Standard Shipping for in stock items is 3-5 business days. All large LTL freight items may take longer. Expedited 1-2 day shipping is also available.

Made to order or out of stock items will show the estimated lead time before they are ready to ship on the product listing.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund.

Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. White Cliff Studio cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or gift card. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

All custom orders, flash sale items, furniture, artwork, books, sale items, and certain lighting are final sale and cannot be returned.

Bulk orders are not eligible for returns

In the instance a non-returnable or final sale item is approved for a return, a credit will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. All credits are issued in the form of an electronic gift card.​

Please note, some of our products are vintage items. This makes them one of a kind and slightly imperfect, just how we like it! Our vintage items are thoroughly inspected and meet our high quality standards. Condition is already reflected in price.
