Project Lifes Been Good
WELCOMING is the feeling I get when I see this kitchen. When I walk into this home I think of the smell of my moms pork chops (which is funny because thats what I'm cooking for dinner tonight)
It feels easy and comforting, but at the same time elevated and stylish. This is a classic space for a modern day family.

Kitchen
We kept in mind classic selections for each aspect of this kitchen. From the marble counters to polished nickel fixtures, and custom cabinetry each detail was intentional to ensure we kept a timeless look to the space.

A custom hutch was built in place of the old 90s computer station. Even with how large this space is, it didnt have a pantry, so we wanted to make sure we utilized every inch we could to maximize storage.
However my 3 favorite features of this kitchen are the antiqued mirror backsplash, walnut butcher block countertop, and custom hood.
Dining Room

A dining room right off the side of the kitchen makes for easy everyday family meals.
Instead of your typical chandelier above the dining table, we opted for a set of 5 mini pendants.
Classic style seating paired with a rustic finished dining table is all we need for the perfect dinner setting.

LIVING ROOM

New furniture to compliment the clients existing sectional were carefully selected to create the perfect balance of light and moody.
We used art to help bring in depth and drama by creating a large gallery wall.

However, on the other main wall of the living room, we had to take this walls size into consideration. We didnt have room or budget for built ins, so you know how I love to use texture to fill in spaces.
By adding this millwork it makes the wall visually feel full without adding bulky furniture.
A grand chandelier draws your eye up and creates a balance throughout the space.
FOYER

For a simple transformation of the foyer, we added a vertical shiplap paneling to all of the walls and added faux beams.
To finish off the space we added one of my favorite pendants and this extra large antique inspired console
