Project Feet Off The Ground
Timeless charm combines with modern sophistication in this transitional style remodel of the living room, foyer, and kitchen. A wood paneled ceiling and reeded wall create an inviting feel in the living room, while the kitchen showcases a large island, two tone cabinets, and custom counter stools for a one-of-a-kind touch.
Living Room
Before the remodel, this living room felt dark and tired with cool grey walls and popcorn ceilings. We added tons of texture and warmth by adding a reeded wall, wooden ceiling with beams, and textural elements throughout the furniture.
We carefully selected transitional furniture pieces to compliment each other while still having very different textures and colors. The mix of wood, metals, linens, velvet, and fringe is what help to create so much interest in just this one room.
An all new stair railing and paint throughout helps to make the living room feel clean and simple.
Foyer
In this cozy foyer we added a sleek console and layered with accessories and a large mirror.
Kitchen
Vintage style lighting hangs above this large kitchen island with seating on one end, coming in at 12 feet long. The island features a large sink, double sided storage, custom inset cabinetry, and unique counter stools designed by our studio.
The two toned cabinets include SW Urbane Bronze on the island and SW Egret White on the perimeter cabinetry.
Stone-look floor tile adds an old world element to help balance out the modernity of the custom bronze hood. With both modern and classic elements, the overall effect is a transitional kitchen design that merges the best of old and new.
